Our Clients

U.S. Army Corps of Engineers

Bloomsburie conducted mechanical system repairs and modernization for a 171,000 sq. ft. facility in Alexandria, VA.

The project involved upgrading aging systems, including chillers, cooling towers, and VFD motors, to ensure reliability and compliance with safety codes (USACE, OSHA, NEC, NFPA).

Tasks included repairs, component replacements, and preventive maintenance. Additional improvements included condenser water bypass installation and ladder upgrades for maintenance.

U.S. Department of the Treasury

Bloomsburie provides facilities operations, maintenance, and janitorial services for the Bureau of the Fiscal Service at the Liberty Center Building (LCB) in Washington, DC.

The 173,981-square-foot building includes two parking lots. Services cover all designated spaces, including offices, restrooms, lounges, and common areas.

Tasks include waste disposal, floor care, carpet cleaning, dusting, restroom servicing, and exterior cleaning within 10 feet of the building.

One Acquisition Solution for Integrated Services Plus (OASIS+)

Bloomsburie is honored to receive two contracts awarded under the OASIS+ vehicles. OASIS+ is a governmentwide contract program designed to meet government agencies' mission needs for a full range of service requirements that integrate multiple service disciplines and ancillary services and products.

Bloomsburie's two contracts are for the Facilities (FAC) domain. Services in this Domain include any and all services required to maintain and operate buildings, paved services, utilities infrastructure, and real property assets and equipment. This could include major facilities support such as DoD installations, hospitals, cemeteries, and other Federal or industrial real property, but does not include major/primary purpose construction.

U.S. Army Contracting Command, Mailroom

Bloomsburie provided mailroom support services, including an on-site supervisor and personnel, to the U.S. Army Contracting Command Aberdeen Proving Ground (ACC-APG) mailroom. All personnel possessed a security clearance to handle and process official mail.

Tasks included mail functions with metering, distribution, delivering, redirecting and sorting incoming and outgoing mail and internal correspondence. Mail delivery was 5 times a week, in Government-owned GSA vehicles.

Annually, this project processed over 600,000 pieces of mail between two mail centers.

Bloomsburie also provided administrative services to process records, manage publications and assist in placement and removal of official records in the records holding area.

When the COVID-19 pandemic required increased security measures and updated health status, Bloomsburie personnel adjusted their schedules without question to accommodate changes in the Garrison’s needs.

Naval Undersea Warfare Center Division Newport (NUWCDIVNPT)/U.S. Navy

Bloomsburie was awarded a five-year contract to provide mailroom support services to Naval Undersea Warfare Center Division Newport (NUWCDIVNPT). These support services include management and operation of the Division’s mailroom, mail pickup, mail delivery, metered mail, classified control point, manifest electronic shipments, and other carrier services throughout the NUWCDIVNPT campus and the Newport Naval Station complex.

Bloomsburie took over this award in February 2020, and when the COVID-19 pandemic impacted operations a little less than six weeks into the contract, Bloomsburie quickly pivoted to a work schedule that allowed for a flexible response to the pandemic. Bloomsburie held daily standup meetings to ensure NUWC’s needs and Bloomsburie staff's health concerns were appropriately addressed despite the difficult circumstances.

Naval Undersea Warfare Center Division Newport (NUWCDIVNPT)/U.S. Navy

Bloomsburie was awarded a two-year contract to support the Naval Undersea Warfare Center Division Newport (NUWCDIVNPT) Administrative Work Centers (AWCs) with four Administrative Assistants.

Administrative services include Front Desk/Receptionist services, document preparation and handling, filing and file retrieval, duplication services, processing and handling classified and unclassified mail, data processing, scheduling, and tracking.

General Services Administration (GSA)

More specifically, the maintenance services included plumbing, lighting, water management, routine maintenance, and emergency systems, along with testing, inspecting, and servicing architectural and structural systems, vertical transportation, painting, machinery, roofs, and security systems.

The team handled both scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, repairs, and operations, responding promptly to service requests across multiple trades including troubleshooting and maintaining building control and energy management systems.
